Most jobs get their first quote within the hour during working days. Quiet trades or rural areas can take a little longer.
Am I obligated to accept a quote?
No. Quotes are no-obligation. Compare them, ask questions in chat, and accept only if one suits. You can also let them all expire.
Are the tradies checked?
Every business is reviewed before it can quote. We check the business details they register with (NZBN/ABN), their trade and coverage area, and ID documents. Businesses that get poor feedback can be removed.
